Community forum with Commissioner Chester: Nipmuc Regional High School is hosting a Blackstone Valley community forum on K-12 education with Commissioner Chester from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 29 in the school's auditorium at 90 Pleasant St. in Upton. Refreshments and registration will start at6 p.m., the commissioner's presentation will start at 6:30 p.m., and a question-and-answer session will follow.
